CEF Investment Policy The Board of Regents of the University of Washington is vested by statute with responsibility for the management of the properties of the University, including its Consolidated Endowment Fund and other University Funds. This statement of investment objectives and policies governs investment management, including portfolio composition, asset allocation, monitoring and delegations of authority.
