The daily maximum amount for lodging is $50/night for all
locations within the continental USA (1) ,
except for those locations identified as high cost locations in the
individual state tables below. The daily maximum amount for lodging in
the high cost locations varies from location to location.
The daily maximum amount for meals is $30 for all locations
within the continental USA (1), except for
those locations identified as high cost locations in the individual state

Services Administration, Office of Governmentwide Policy, Office of
Transportation and Personal Property, Travel and Transportation
Management Division.

preparing the TEV continue to add the lodging taxes to the room rate and
claim in the lodging column.
- Additional seasons (up to four) have been added where appropriate.
- There may be more than one rate within a county.
- Many previously combined locations are now shown separately with
different rates (i.e. Alexandria, Arlington, Montgomery County, Prince
Georges County, Fairfax County, and Loudoun County are now listed
separately from Washington, D.C.).
