Returns Policy
Damaged / defective items less than $100 in value will be credited without need for return.
All returns must be authorized by VWR in order to insure proper credit.
Standard orders are not subject to restock fees.
FreightVWR covers all freight, hazardous material charges, and ice charges! Customer will only pay freight for expedited deliveries.
* Inside delivery with uncrating and removal of packing material available for an additional $150.00
Vendor will ship all products FOB Destination, except laboratory 55 gallon drums, biological products requiring dry ice pack with overnight shipment.
