All retruned goods will be inspected before credit is issued. If goods are rejected upon inspection, in whole or in part, the University will be notified and the goods will be returned or destroyed at the University's request. Goods may not be returned for credit except with Seller's permission, and then only in strict compliance with Seller's return shipment instructions. Any returned items may be subject to a 20% processing fee. Items not eligible for return include chemicals, reagents, refrigerated materials, expired short/dated products, sterile products, or products that have been modified and discontinued items. Freight Vendor will ship all products FOB Destination, freight charges prepaid and added to the invoiced amount. Freight charges and special charges, if applicable, will be included as separate line items on each invoice. |
