Returns

Our satisfaction guarantee means that if you are not entirely satisfied with the performance of a QIAGEN product we will exchange or refund it. Simply call our Technical Service Department at 800-DNA-PREP (800-362-7737). They can answer any questions about the product. If you are still not satisfied, please ask for a Return Authorization (RA) Number (see below). Products ordered, shipped, or billed in error can be returned for exchange or credit.  Return Authorization (RA) Numbers

 RA Numbers enable us to track your return and ensure appropriate credit to your account. To return goods, please be ready to provide us with, purchase order number (EP#####), catalog number and description of product, reason for return. We can then issue an RA number and give you instructions on how best to get the products back to QIAGEN.
