to purchase from Daigger with confidence. Erin Williams Returns University personnel will follow standard A. Daigger returns for requesting an RGA (Return Goods Authorization). University personnel responsible for initiating order, or eProcurement staff providing customer support to the system, will call customer service desk for a return authorization for all defective products or for products ordered in error. All goods must be returned within 30 days of authorization. All returned goods will be inspected before credit is issued. If goods are rejected upon inspection, in whole or in part, the University will be notified and the goods will be returned or destroyed at the University’s request. Non-catalog/web items and made to order equipment may be eligible for a restocking charge. Items not eligible for return include chemicals, reagents, refrigerated materials, expired/short dated products, sterile products or products that have been modified and discontinued items. Freight Vendor will ship all products FOB Destination, freight charges prepaid and added to the invoiced amount. Freight charges and special charges, if applicable, will be included as separate line items on each invoice.
