WAC 478–118–230: Parking — Operator's responsibility.

No person driving or in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to
stand unattended without first:
| (1) |
Stopping the engine, locking
the ignition, and removing the key; and
|
| (2) |
Effectively setting the brake and transmission
to prevent movement of the vehicle. |
