Chapter 478–117 WAC: Parking and Traffic Rules of the University of Washington,
WAC 478–117–270: Motorcycles, bicycles, scooters.
||Motorcycles, bicycles, and scooters are
subject to all traffic rules controlling other motor vehicles.
||Motorcycles and motorized scooters may be parked
in designated areas in addition to the regular parking lots.
||Motorcycles and motorized scooters are not permitted
on paths, sidewalks, or authorized bicycle or pedestrian areas, or in buildings at

Improperly parked bicycles may be impounded and a citation and fine imposed upon
