WAC 478–117–090: Transfer of permits limited.

Permit holders may transfer one
permit between motor vehicles when used by the permit holder. Improper
transfer of a permit shall include, but is not limited to, the wrongful
sale, lending, or transfer of a parking permit.

Permits displaying license plate numbers shall be used only in the vehicles
whose license number is written on the permit. |
