WAC 478–116–185: Operator's responsibility.
No person driving or in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to stand unattended without first:

Stopping the engine and locking the ignition; and
|
| (2) |
Effectively setting the brake and transmission to prevent
movement of the vehicle.
