WAC 478–116–118: Responsibility of person to whom the permit
is issued.
| (1) |
The person(s) to whom a permit is issued is responsible for
paying for the permit until the permit expires or is returned to transportation services, unless
stated otherwise in these rules. All associated outstanding fees must be satisfactorily settled
before a parking permit may be issued, reissued, or renewed.

Permit holders shall provide transportation services with the license
plate numbers of any vehicles they intend to use with a permit.

| (3) |
The person(s) to whom a permit is issued is responsible for any
violations of this chapter associated with a vehicle to which the permit is affixed and/or
registered pursuant to WAC 478-116-341 up to the date and time
the permit expires or is reported lost or stolen. |
