Real Estate Office News

•	New UW North Campus - The state Office of Financial Management (OFM) hired a site consultant, NBBJ, which conducted a detailed assessment of four finalist sites. The site that emerged at the top of its list is a site adjacent to the Everett Station. The report was submitted to the governor on November 15. A decision regarding a site will be taken up by the Legislature in the 2008 session.
