Coming from UW Seattle Campus by bus

Take the 71, 72 or 73 express King County Metro bus

• From University Way NE (stops on NE 47th, 43rd and 41st Streets) or from NE Campus Parkway and 12th Avenue NE
• To the 3rd and Union stop
• The Real Estate Office is located in the Skinner Building on the east side of 5th Avenue between Union and University
• The entrance to the Skinner Building is mid block just past the entrance to Brooks Brothers and before the entrance to the 5th Avenue Theatre
• Take the elevator to the 4th floor, Suite 400 is at the end of the hall to your right

Coming Southbound by car

Use I-5 South

• Take the Union Street exit, #165B
• Ramp becomes Union Street.
• The Skinner building is on the SE corner of Union Street and 5th Avenue

Coming Northbound by car

Use I-5 North

• Take the Seneca Street exit, #165
• Turn right on 6th Avenue at end of ramp
• Turn left on Union Street.
• The Skinner building is on the SE corner of Union Street and 5th Avenue

Pay Parking

• Rainier Square parking garage: entrance is on south side of Union Street between 5th and 4th Avenue
• Puget Sound Plaza parking garage: entrance is on south side of Union Street between 4th and 3rd Avenue
