Request Delivery and/or Pickup of Temporary Paper Cleanout Bin

This form is for requesting delivery and/or pickup of a temporary paper cleanout bin. Paper cleanout bins are used when offices are doing a large cleanout of recyclable paper. These wheeled bins hold approximately 40 boxes or bagits worth of loose paper. They are approximately 5 feet high, 5 feet long and 2 feet wide.

Please note: The Recycling Center usually needs at least five working days notice for the delivery or pickup of paper cleanout bins. As of 06/20/04 the loan period for paper cleanout bins is one week.
