Classroom and Conference Room Recycling

NEW Classroom & Conference Room Bins

Changes are underway to make classroom and conference room recycling convenient and paper recycling easy!

This new recycling program is Evolutionary and is being introduced this fall by UW Recycling with support from Custodial Services.

The program will start in select buildings as a pilot and is intended to be expanded campus wide.

Classrooms and conference rooms will receive two recycle bins and a waste bin. The three bins will be well posted with decals for Mixed Paper, Cans & Bottles, and Waste. The bin sets are provided in two sizes, 23 gallon and 10 gallon. Bins will be selected according to the size of the rooms.

Each set has 3 bins:

• A trash bin
• A cans & bottles recycle bin
• A mixed paper recycle bin
