Getting Started: Consultation

A meeting will be set up between client, designer, web publisher and Account Manager. This initial consultation is not charged to your budget and is setup primarily to get your ideas about the web site's goals and projected audience. We'll also attempt to set a tentative timeline and discuss your budget for the project.

What You Will Need:

• Basic outline of the site if available (see sample)
• Any existing content that will be going on the site
• Any existing brochures, logos, photos related to the new site
• Any existing web site that will integrate with your new site
• Some idea of the budget you have for the site

Getting an Estimate

Web Development will provide an estimate for building the web site within 48 hours of the consultation.

If you decide to proceed with building a site, we will need a department Budget Number and you will need to complete the Request for Print form.
