A meeting will be set up between client, web publisher and Account Manager. This first consultation is not charged to your budget; we simply need to gather some information about your site.

What You Will Need:

• The current site web address URL (ie. depts.washington.edu/mysite)
• Logon information for the site (user/password)
• A budget number to which we can bill our time
• Any new changes to be made to the site

Getting an Estimate for Maintenance

Our estimates for maintenance are based on the amount of hours we'll spend during a given period making the updates. We can schedule weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly updates for your site.

If you decide to have Web Development maintain your site, we'll need a department budget number and you will need to complete a Request for Print form.
