Mailing Services maintains a supply of specialized materials, such as:

• U.S. postal Service (USPS) Airmail stickers
• USPS Customs Forms 2976 and 2976A
• USPS Express Mail envelopes and labels
• USPS Priority Mail envelopes and stickers
• USPS Return Receipts, Domestic and International

Official UW stationery and envelopes and other mail supplies, such as jiffy shipping bags and pre-printed Business Reply labels and envelopes, can be obtained through University Stores.

Custom printing of stationery, envelopes, and Business Reply Mail pieces can be arranged through Printing Services.

Departments may obtain the following postal supplies at cost directly from the USPS:

• aerogrammes
• International Reply Coupons
• postal cards
• stamps (various denominations)
