Mailing Lists
Faculty and Staff Lists available through Mailing Services include:
These lists are updated every two weeks and the FSD list is updated weekly. The above counts are current and up-to-date. Addresses on these lists are not maintained by Mailing Services. You can update your address information online with Employee Self-Service (ESS) on MyUW. Select the Faculty/Staff tab, then find the Employee Personal Services box and select Employee Self-Service. Your department payroll coordinator can also update this information. There are many other lists of campus addresses, none of which are maintained by Mailing Services. To correct addresses on these lists see Address Change/Deletions. To request a list from Mailing Services, submit a Request for Mail Preparation Services form.
