Changing our
Workplace Culture

In 2005, President Emmert brought a group of campus leaders together and charged them with assessing our workplace culture. Although he had only been on the job a few months, he knew that improving the UW environment for faculty and staff would be a top priority to ensure the UW's place among world class universities.

Discover the stories of workplace change that are happening across the UW. Everyday new ways of improving our workplace are being imagined. Each image below tells a different story. We'd love to hear your stories too.
