Retrieving files from Mailing directory (Windows WS FTP)

1. Log on to the Creative Communications FTP site and double click on 'maillist'

2. Select either the Clients folder or the Drop_Box folder. If you FTP files more than once a month, you will want to use your own folder within the 'Clients' folder. Otherwise, you can just use the 'Drop_Box' folder.

3. Select the file(s) you want to download in the right-hand window. Then right click on the file(s) and select the Download... option. You will be asked where you would like to save the files.
