Refunds:
Did we let you down?
We will gladly refund your money in the following situations:
- The copier, printer, or Dawg-Prints card dispenser accepted your funds and gave you nothing in return
- Poor quality copies or printouts
- Problems with print stations that resulted in a failed job
- Allen Lobby and Odegaard Husky Card stations printed a receipt but failed to add value to your card (receipt required for refund)
Refunds will not be made for user error.
