Refunds:

Did we let you down?

We will gladly refund your money in the following situations:

• The copier, printer, or Dawg-Prints card dispenser accepted your funds and gave you nothing in return
• Poor quality copies or printouts
• Problems with print stations that resulted in a failed job
• Allen Lobby Husky Card station printed a receipt but failed to add value to your card (receipt required for refund)

Refunds will not be made for user error.

Refunds are made at the OUGL Copy Center or Copy Services Fax Office located in the Communications Building.
