Copying

Order a New Copier

You can either participate in the Copier Program or order the copier directly from the vendor. Here are the differences in the two options:

Machine from vendor

Copier Program

You perform the purchasing process

Creative Communications handles the purchasing process for you

You buy the supplies & paper for the machine

Creative Communications provides the supplies and paper

Per copy cost may be more economical if you have consistently high volume

Per copy cost may be more economical if you have variable volume and multiple budgets using the machine

You contract with the vendor for 2 to 5 years and are penalized for early cancellation

Creative Communications enters into this contract with the vendor

You must use JV's to split the cost of the copier between more than one budget

Creative Communications charges back copy cost, based on usage to all budget numbers using the machine
