Key Operator: Reporting Monthly Machine and User Code Readings

Creative Communications' Billing will send you a Photocopier Reading Request form each month. On it, you will need to record the current total machine reading, record the copy totals for each of the user accounts, and provide updates on any information that has changed or been added/removed since the previous billing period. These forms need to be returned to Creative Communications on or before the twentieth of every month.
