UW Performance Contract Summary In responding to feedback from a wide variety of individuals to the prototype drafts, we have created a new version of the potential for the performance agreement. This version attempts to be simpler, clearly stating outcomes, accountability, resource levels, mix and uses. This concept is currently being used to advance the conversations with the Governor and the Legislature as they develop their budgets for higher education.
