Budget Number Additions/Changes
To have a budget number added to the system, or to change current data on an existing budget, send the organization code, budget title (22 or less characters - Note: Titles for state budgets may not contain faculty or staff names), mail stop, nature of the budget (instruction, research, etc.), source of funds (State, LFA, RCR, etc.) and a suggested budget number to: bgtnum@u.washington.edu
If the change being requested is to move a budget to a different organization code send request to the following:
gcaques@u.washington.edu for Grant and/or Gift budgets
accountg@u.washington.edu for Financial Accounting budgets
sfshelp@u.washington.edu for Loan budgets
bgtnum@u.washington.edu for all other budgets
