The Office of Planning and Budgeting (OPB), reports to the Provost and provides analysis and information services to enhance university-wide planning and policy formation. The OPB is also responsible for planning and allocation of financial and physical resources to help the University fulfill its mission.

The OPB is administered by the Vice Provost for Planning and Budgeting and comprises five operating units:
