J-1 Exchange Visitor (Teacher/Researcher)

May work for the sponsoring employer. Under limited circumstances may receive compensation from other institutions.

J-2 Dependents of J-1 visa holder

May work if authorization is obtained from USCIS

TN Trade Nafta

May work for sponsoring employer
