Summary of PR Coordinator Meeting: June 2002

Email Contacts: The following is a list of the email addresses that are managed by the Payroll Office and which requests should be sent to each address.

payroll@u.washington.edu - This is the general Payroll Office email address. This is the address that sends out our payroll coordinator announcements.

pronline@u.washington.edu - This is the Payroll Online Applications email address. All questions/issues regarding ETR, PTR, OPUS or Email Access should be sent to this address.

pr-cst@u.washington.edu - This the Client Services Team email address.

payme@u.washington.edu - This is the retro pay request email address. Anytime that you need to forward a PERM for retroactive payment or special check, you need to use this address.

pr-tax@u.washington.edu - This is the email address for all Non-Resident Alien tax questions.

overpay@u.washington.edu - This is the email address for all overpayment issues.

Emergency Check Requests: The Payroll Office has put together new guidelines for the process of requesting emergency checks. Please go to the Emergency Check Guidelines for details.

Online PERM: The OLAD team from the USER project has added a new feature to OPUS. The Online PERM Retrieval is live and accessible to all OPUS users.

Online ETR Update: The Online ETR system is continuing to be tested and will be available very soon. The recent changes include moving the employees from appearing in the Appointing Department back to the Home Department.

Summer Update: There will be no COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment) salary increases this year. Standard Classified staff monthly increment increases are not affected by this change. Faculty reappointments are being done in partnership with Data Warehousing. Please see your Dean or Administrator with questions about this process.
