The salary for fixed duration appointments must align with the appropriate contract classified pay scale. FDAs are paid on step within the range. The starting salary must be at step B or above in the salary range for the job class.
FDAs are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible for salary increases during the duration of the appointment except for those authorized by the Washington State Legislature.
