Consider advertising your position in trades-specific journals, local or national newspapers, within professional organizations, on major recruiting/career search websites, or on job boards.
Think about how long you would like your ad to run, how much your department has budgeted for advertising, and what the ad should say.
Contact your Employment Specialist (ES) who will assist you in determining appropriate media, writing ad text, and/or placing ads. Have your departmental budget number ready to provide to your ES.
