Search Tips:

1. Examine the program's navigation and page headings to get an idea of commonly used words. If you search for a word that does not appear in the program, like "grievance", you will get no results, even though the program does have a complaint procedure.
2. A search for some words like "pay" will yield results on multiple pages. You can find a specific word on a specific web page by using your web browser's "find" function. Press "ctrl" key and the "f " key to open the browser's find function (command key + f key for the Mac).
