You're welcome to check in and enjoy the continental breakfast beginning at 8:00 a.m. Please arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. to check in and receive your materials.

8:30 to 8:35 a.m. Welcome

8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Morning Workshops

You'll choose one of these three options for your morning workshop:

12:00 p.m. to 1:10 p.m. Lunch

Buffet-style lunch includes tantalizing hot entrees, a selection of scrumptious salads and sides, and an amazing array of desserts.

1:10 to 2:30 p.m. Post-Lunch Sessions

You'll choose one post-lunch session:

2:40 to 4:00 p.m. Afternoon Sessions

You'll choose one afternoon session:

  3. Recharge With Qigong [II] (Brendan Thorson) — Session Full

This event will be held at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on Seattle’s Elliott Bay. Reserve your seat (or one for the support person on your team) for a well-deserved boost to skills, perspective, and professional growth! Take in the fabulous view from the downtown Seattle waterfront while networking with peers, learning from experts, and enjoying a delicious lunch.

You will select sessions when you register. If a session is full, you will be placed in another session available at that time.

In addition to a continental breakfast and buffet lunch, beverages and treats will be available throughout the day.
