Assessments for Individuals and Teams

A variety of assessment are offered to help leaders, staff members, and entire teams develop awareness about themselves and others, improve communications and relationships, and advance career aspirations and organizational goals. Individual Contributors

Online assessment developed by POD that yields results for 8 competencies specific to UW. Includes follow-up coaching.

$195 for assessment, report, and 1.0 hours coaching

Online assessment that yields a three-letter interest code; multiple reports available to assist organizations in attracting and retaining staff, developing teams, and guiding individual development. Particularly powerful when used in conjunction with the MBTI.

* Coaching/instructional time is an additional charge (POD coaching/consulting is charged at $200/hour). The amount of time required depends on client goals, type of report, number of people involved, and any individual or group instruction.
