System Requirements

SkillSoft e-Learning courses are compatible with PCs and the MAC operarting system (10.4) running the Safari web browser (versions 2.0 and 2.0.4).

Basic Troubleshooting

If you experience trouble with the course player or SkillSoft login, please check the following things before contacting e-Learning technical support:

• Go to http://www.browser.skillport.com/bh/default.asp to test your browser's capabilities.
• Do you have pop-up blockers enabled? Please disable any that may be running.
• Has your e-Learning account been deactivated? If you have not logged into your account in over a year, your account may be deactivated. Contact POD at 206-543-1957 for account activation assistance.
• Are you using a @u.washington.edu email? Non-UW email accounts are not enabled to work with SkillSoft.
