Are you a mid-level manager who is ready to Assess, Reflect, and Commit to your leadership development? This event offers an introduction to 360-degree assessments and an opportunity to participate in the new UW ARC 360 feedback process and follow-up peer coaching.
UW ARC 360 includes a 360-degree assessment based on leadership competencies developed by Professional & Organizational Development for mid-level managers at the UW. The UW ARC 360 program, which is being rolled out this fall, comprises a 360-degree assessment, a report with assessment results, and 1.5 hours of one-on-one coaching through POD; the fee for participating in this program will be $375. However, through this special introductory event, you can participate in UW ARC 360 and 1.5 hours of peer coaching for $225 (including a boxed lunch).

The registration deadline is Monday, October 12 (You will need to get us names of your raters by that date to allow time for the 360-degree assessment and report processing). After registering, participants will receive an e-mail from POD about lunch selections, as well as an e-mail about giving us the names of those you select to rate you and how to get started with the ARC 360 assessment.
