Promoting Accountability in the Workplace (Q1360)

Accountability is a key factor in supporting the mission of any organization. This course—based on The Oz Principle by Roger Connors, Tom Smith, and Craig Hickman—is designed for managers and other leaders who want to promote accountability in their units and among their team members. Course content includes a new definition of accountability, steps toward being more accountable, a coaching method that promotes greater accountability, and tools to model the behaviors that create a higher-performing culture. Participants use real work situations as case studies and leave the workshop with concrete ideas to apply in their organizations.
