This course is designed for staff members who use the fiscal/student accounts side of the Student Data Base (SDB). The first half of the class is a basic overview of the SDB fiscal screens. The second half of the class is geared towards UW staff who advise, implement, and monitor departmental scholarship awards for students. Participants will gain skills to navigate screens, understand, post, and troubleshoot financial transactions on an SDB record. The prerequisite for this class is access to the fiscal screens on SDB. Class participants are required to bring their Secure IDs or Entrust tokens, as this is a hands-on class.
