Process Improvement Tools (Q1170)

Live online session

Class content will be delivered via live online Zoom session(s) with supplemental materials.

Description:

Do you ever think that your organization’s daily processes could work better? In this course, participants are presented with an overview of the continuous improvement process and the steps to implement it in their organization or area of responsibility. Participants review examples of poor-performing office processes and use process improvement tools such as flow charts, Pareto analysis, spaghetti diagrams, waste analysis, and cause and effect to understand the root causes of problems. Once the causes have been determined, participants test and prove potential solutions. Participants leave practiced, skilled, and excited to reduce paperwork, eliminate backlogs, and save time on regular tasks in their own workplaces.
