This full-day course employs two widely used assessments, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory, to expand participants’ understanding of themselves and their career options. Each participant will be asked to take both assessments prior to the start of the course and will receive a personalized combined career report that builds on what they learn through the interpretations of their individual MBTI and Strong results. Participants will take a closer look at occupations and work roles that might be a good fit and explore ways for identifying a good career match, making a job more interesting, and creating more work/life balance.
