Leading People Through Change (Q1070)

This one-day workshop is designed for managers, supervisors, and team leaders. It gives information and models to help leaders understand the change process from both individual and organizational points of view; explores the most effective actions leaders can use to help people navigate change, both planned and unplanned; and gives participants practice in working with several tools for change. The class is highly interactive, involving case studies, exercises, and small and large group discussion on the materials.
