Developing Dynamic Team Skills (Q1020)
Being part of a team can be a productive and rewarding experience or it can result in setbacks and frustrations if you have not developed the proper tactical skills. In this course, participants gain the skills necessary to participate successfully on a team and become more effective at resolving issues in a team setting. This course integrates exercises in team development and group dynamics with elements of refining communication skills, listening empathetically, giving and receiving feedback, and making decisions, as well as tools for brainstorming and multi-voting.
