A Team Approach to Project Management (Q0770)

The majority of projects are accomplished by a group of people organized to perform as a team.  It takes effective leadership, teamwork, and relationships to organize and plan to gain commitments in establishing a project plan and effectively implementing the plan. This course integrates the elements of relationships and teamwork with organizing and carrying out a project. Participants:

  • Gain awareness of project team members’ motivations, strengths, and conflict response style.
  • Learn how to build effective relationships within a project team and stakeholder group based on others’ motivational values and effective communication.

Learn a team approach to project management to develop commitment and solidify the project plan.
