Learned Optimism: Understanding Your Explanatory Style (Q0720)

What are your thinking habits? How do you interpret good and bad events in your life? The way we explain events to ourselves (known as Explanatory Style) plays a huge role in the attitude we bring to work each day, and how we impact others around us. Learn new insights about how to respond when we experience setbacks in our lives. This workshop challenges previously held notions about optimism and pessimism, and builds on the concepts presented in the course Emotional Intelligence.
