Managing Stress (Q0430)

Can difficult events become less troublesome, and change less uncomfortable, when approached with a new attitude? Topics in this session include attitude adjustments to prepare for and deal with things that go wrong and the use of helpful tools to work professionally through upsetting situations. Putting things into perspective and learning from mistakes may reawaken participants’ abilities to accept, appreciate, and enjoy their everyday lives.
