In today’s workplace, solving problems creatively is a “must-have” skill. This workshop helps participants to find new solutions for nagging problems and to preempt future problems. Using participants’ actual on-the-job challenges, the class explores both parts of creativity: developing a flexible mindset and applying specific techniques to expand problem analysis. Participants are encouraged to bring specific work-related problems that need creative solutions.
