This course is designed for healthcare professionals who want to more effectively deal with the tension, discord, and disharmony resulting from workplace conflicts. Participants will assess their preferred conflict avoidance styles and learn practical tips and tools to deal with everyday conflict in a healthcare setting. In this interactive session, participants’ own healthcare scenarios will be utilized to cement the learning, and participants will be able to readily apply the down-to-earth scripts and actions learned in the workshop.
