Growing healthy teams--whether they are work groups, volunteer committees, sports teams, or families--can be rewarding and productive when you understand how teams have different needs at different times. In this workshop, participants learn how to guide their teams towards health by recognizing the phases of team development and intervening with timely conversations. Participants will have the opportunity to try concepts and tools in small group activities.
