Professional & Organizational Development offers instructor-led courses and online courses designed for adult learners. Course topics include fiscal management, human resources administration, interpersonal and written communications, professional and personal growth, and supervision.
We receive excellent feedback on course offerings. Instructors - both campus and outside experts - know that participants want to be able to put their new knowledge and skills to use right away. Through a partnership with the Leadership, Community and Values Initiative we now offer Skillsoft e-Learning accounts to faculty and staff free of charge. SkillSoft is a leading provider in online adult education.
