- Courses for individuals who wish to enhance their written communication skills, whether the focus is on general business writing, publications and marketing, or specialized business writing.
- Benefits & Work/Life
- Benefits Orientation and other Benefits Related Seminars including retirement planning, insurance information, etc. Seminars, workshops and discussion groups on a range of topics that help individuals integrate their work and personal lives. Topics include, parenting, eldercare, childcare, flexible work arrangements and personal development.
- Diversity
- Courses to explore diversity in all of its forms and how to maximize it through effective communication and supervision.
- Fiscal Procedures and Management
- Courses specifically related to UW fiscal management and procedures for individuals who wish improve their fiscal management skills and enhance their career opportunities.
- Human Resources Administration
- Courses that provide awareness and skill building in the area of Human Resources processes such as leave record maintenance, the UW hiring process, etc.
- Labor Relations and Labor/Management
- Courses related to Labor Relations at the University of Washington. Registration for T&D Courses as well as Labor Relations Updates and Information Sessions will be coming soon!

- Offerings to enhance participants' leadership abilities in a variety of areas. These courses offer excellent follow-up to the Stratgic Leadership Program.
